Yes. Buzzin’ Bee Gourmet Gift Baskets will offer refunds for damaged or defective gift items if claims are placed within seven days of delivery. Please notify customer service e-mail.

Once your gift basket has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to track your gift on line. Go to www.UPS.com and submit your tracking number. You will then be able to determine when your order will arrive.

Buzzin' Bee Gourmet Gift Baskets ships to all states within the Continental United States. All orders placed by 1:00 p.m. are shipped the same business day. All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. are shipped the next business day. |

Does the Buzzin Bee guarantee Christmas delivery? |

In order to guarantee deliveries in time for Christmas, orders must be placed by December 18.
West Coast: 3-4 business days via ground service.
